Our collaboration was with Lebanon franchise which was based on coaching the head of marketing & marketing team on how to formulate effective digital Marketing strategy, from planning to implementation, based derived from data-driven analysis. We’ve been working as a family in order to implement latest digital marketing updates in every step of the execution.

Our project was to provide team members with digital tools in order to optimize the performance of their digital marketing campaigns effectively. The challenge was to create awareness in Lebanese market along with announcing the opening of 3 new stores across the region.
HOME POINT is the go-to brand for furniture and décor in your home that is beautifully designed and at the a great value. We were delighted to build a digital marketing department that is now composed of head of department and more than 5 persons, who are super passionate, creative and talented. We helped the team to rebrand the concept store by creating a perfect storytelling image, brand positioning, identity & guidelines as well as renovate their websites effectively, by implementing UX/UI audit and technical performance enhancement. Besides, we were major part of staff recruitment, from talent acquisition to full personalized training program that was based on each member’s level of expertise in digital marketing. We restructured the integration with all other data collection and analytics resources for better optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
